Great product, but not a lot of internal growth opportunities. C-suite would rather hire from a competitor than promote from within, with few exceptions.

my over experience at Druva was good. But when it came to interaction with leadership that needed a lot of work. Leadership does not know what they’re doing. They’re trying to compete with bigger companies like Commvault, rubrik, and Veeam . This has made the salesforce look for other positions at competitors.
