I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.

Good product, but the PE firm has made a lot of bad decisions. They have removed resources from SMB, which the largest and most profitable segment.
