Good product, but the PE firm has made a lot of bad decisions. They have removed resources from SMB, which the largest and most profitable segment.

It is disheartening to me what has happened to the company culture and leadership of Zendesk since the acquisition by private equity in November 2023. What worked during Covid is not sustainable, and leadership is struggling to continue the "grow at all costs" trajectory.
