Territories have shrunk and quotas have gone up. Most reps saw a 50% reduction in number of customer accounts, with a 50% increase in quota.

zendesk was aquired by the end of 2022 by Permira where a lot of changes happened and zendesk lost its original attractive culture. As any business money related acquisition a lot of layoffs has been in place and lack of leadership has made company future uncertain
