Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Since the PE acquisition, the situation has been challenging. Lead generation has significantly declined, and the SMB role has shifted to full-cycle responsibilities without adequate time to manage everything effectively. Onboarding has been minimal, leaving new hires with little support. The recently implemented Deal Guidance board adds an extra layer of scrutiny to commissions, often leading to reductions in payouts. There's intense pressure to close deals by month-end, even if it results in a 30-50% cut in commissions. Additionally, the introduction of a digital and insider sales team has created competition, as they often sell directly to clients, affecting reps’ commissions.
On the positive side, the company remains remote for many employees, though hybrid work is most likely on the horizon with new hubs being created. The work-life balance is still manageable, and the team atmosphere is a bright spot, with most colleagues being easy to get along with. Browse Other Reviews
