Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Started off amazing. Magical ride pre COVID/Acquisition. Sales team had a hard working yet understanding culture. Product easy to sell easy to demo. Customers were happy. You would not get on a pip if you did not hit quota for 2 quarters. They would give you at least a year if not more. Since the company was acquired the company was run more like a math equation with no understanding that success is a complicated problem and takes time especially if you are dropped into a brand new territory. Pushing products that are not ready especially AI. They left a lot of money on the table losing IT use cases because they would not acquire or build a asset management/change management tool within the product. Genuine interactions with leaders were tough to come by before I left and they way they rolled out price increases was not ideal. Browse Other Reviews
