Things are different since Private Equity took over. It's also worth mentioning that SAAS is on fire as an industry right now.

Zendesk is a great company to work for. I had to leave for personal family reasons. Great path for promotions.

Leadership is focused only on managing up. Everyone below is overloaded with work and the targets are unachievable. Approx 20 AE's in ANZ and only 3 will hit target for the year. The business blames AE's for not making targets but refuses to look at territories to fix the problem.
