Fantastic place to work. There's a reason I'm still here after close to 5 years in the role. While things are changing considerably with the acquisition by VC as of November of 2022, there's a ton of opportunity and the product is second to none. Great piece of SaaS to sell!

Zendesk has an amazing product which is truly one of the best in the industry. It used to be a great place to work too until PE took over and flipped it upside down.
