Current Employee2.0Sep 4, 2024The company has gone downhill rapidly with analysts running the show. As an AE I have never seen so many internal roadblocks to close a deal. Insane compensation structure in place whereby any level of discount on deals is heavily penalised. Micromanagement at an all time high with call, email and on-site meeting metrics all tracked on a weekly basis.

Then give terrible territories to them so it’s impossible to make even 50% of quota. Then micromanage them to misery. And all for a $50-100K ARR deal (250 if VERY LUCKY or great territory).
