Current Employee4.3Jan 30, 2024I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.

Current Employee2.0Sep 13, 2023The company has fallen off a cliff in the past 6 months. Product pricing has increased exponentially compared to competitors who are now closing the functionality gap. It is little surprise that the global economic downturn doesn't exist in the eyes of senior leadership and the only reason anyone is missing quota is because they haven't made enough cold calls.
