Pretty good overall product to sell in the external customer support space, really solid GTM team across pre-sales, success and marketing. The next couple of years will be interesting given the shift to PE ownership

My experience was highly positive. I felt quotas were fair and the compensation plans rewarded for over-achievement.

Good product, but the PE firm has made a lot of bad decisions. They have removed resources from SMB, which the largest and most profitable segment.
