The pay is below market rate, and a large number of AEs fail to achieve (or come close to) quota.
Leadership is not transparent and (micro)manages by fear. Very many AEs are on Coaching Plans or PIPs.
Zendesk's competitors are catching up with feature parity at lower prices. Many customers are happy with the Zendesk products they have and are not very open to upgrading if it will cost them money. Browse Other Reviews
