So far it has been ok. Compensation is an issue as they have a system in place where if a customer needs to add users and they have a previously negotiated discount in their contract, you take a hit on your commissions. Inbound leads are nearly non existent. I would say on average you get 2-3 per quarter and they might not be qualified.

Owned by a PE firm now. Short-sighted on goals. Customers are wonderful to work with! Leadership lacks the ability to see past "their" numbers...
