Management is very clearly driven by numbers without providing successful tools to the sales team. I don’t know one person at my level/role who got even close to hitting goal. Would guess 80% or more weren’t over half of goal. Corporate does seem to be making changes and seems to realize they over hired for the opportunities...Read More
