Overall Yardi is a wonderful company. However, they do underpay their employees a little, and it is really important to get on the right team. The real earners are the reps working with current Voyager Clients. Yardi also could help their sales reps by investing in their tech stack. Automation is desperately needed so sales reps can focus on selling and get through their activities more efficiently.

Positive. The team was great and all the managers are so nice, but the pay was lacking. Way below the average for other companies in the area.
