Current Employee Sales cycles change with each opportunity, sometimes taking anywhere from 6 months to over a year without a promising commission. Management is very clearly driven by numbers without providing successful tools to the sales team. Territories determine success, which means some will close pipeline and others who work hard will not come close simply because of the luck of the draw. Commission structure is abhorrent (single digits), team-selling is filled with blurred lines and only further detracts from the lousy incentive structure. Base salary raises are laughable and hard to come by. Nice employees, great gig if you are looking to check the boxes and become a corporate zombie.
