terrible! absolutely toxic culture. they are operating out of a sales playbook that worked at zscaler. lots of unnecessary busy work. outbound opps are few and far between.

Very competitive and even a little toxic culture. Some micromanaging and high emphasis on logo churn and renewals, with very large quotas. But solid product.

The salary ranges for SDR = 75k OTE BDR = 95k OTE Sr. BDR = same OTE, more stock (250 RSUs a year) bottleneck from BDR to SMB AE. 10 employees who’ve been BDRs for > 1 year ish Top performers do not share secrets. Previous BDRs made crazy money, that time has passed. Standard BDR job. Great product, head of BDR program is great, super fast growing company.
