The salary ranges for SDR = 75k OTE BDR = 95k OTE Sr. BDR = same OTE, more stock (250 RSUs a year) bottleneck from BDR to SMB AE. 10 employees who’ve been BDRs for > 1 year ish Top performers do not share secrets. Previous BDRs made crazy money, that time has passed. Standard BDR job. Great product, head of BDR program is great, super fast growing company.

The culture at Wiz has changed significantly over the last 12 months. As the company prepares for their IPO, they have inserted stringent sales methodologies, increased quotas and lowered the commission target rates. In addition, there are too many sellers in territory which means only a few will hit their numbers if they have the right accounts.
