Very competitive and even a little toxic culture. Some micromanaging and high emphasis on logo churn and renewals, with very large quotas. But solid product.

Commercial org is longer a true mid-market role. Accounts assigned to the commercial team are 250-1500 employees, with the best accounts in that range pulled to enterprise and majors.
