Current Employee My experience at Wiz has been outstanding. The culture and leadership, especially in Central Europe and DACH, are exceptional - fostering an environment where we learn and grow every day. Colleagues from supporting functions are incredibly helpful, and there’s no toxicity - everyone is eager to support each other. The product-market fit is amazing, and the roadmap is fantastic.
On top of that, the IPO is very real - it’s not just about earning commissions but also about building long-term wealth. I would definitely join again and highly recommend it to anyone considering making the move!
