Strong product and manageable quote requirements. Sales cycles can be long, but there are lots of opportunities. They need to hire more reps, but they are slowly getting there.

Infoblox can be great or it can be miserable depending on what team you are on. About a year and a half ago, exec leadership changed and the orgs culture took a huge dip. Much more micromanagement….

Hard to articulate how disorganizaed this company is. So many people in roles that should be an ideal work environment but the lack of synergy makes it really frustrating. CYA is prioritized over collaboration.

My experience was good until all leadership in sales org changed to a former team of EMC. The culture shifted after Jesper left and the customer was viewed as cash not valued in terms of the success of the customer. Good network product however it’s a stretch to reimagine themselves as a security company. SaaS product was undercooked but that may have changed. Definite boys club …. Plenty of looking after themselves. APJ leadership has had massive turnover along with most rep regions

Poor management in sales org., very political. Still working and survived recent layoffs but looking for better options. If sales leadership (Mitch breen) and his team are let go I’d consider staying.
