By far one of the best sales training programs I have ever had. The sales trainers at WP Engine are constantly adding g new material to make you a better seller and working one-on-one with reps. Management can be a hit or miss. Several micromanagers on the account management team that can make working there a drag.

Overall its fine. Bases are pretty low. Mostly quotas and smaller deal sizes can get exhausting. Culture and training is great.
