Company recently experienced a black swan event and have done nothing to address the changes. It seems like it's rare to hit quota these days for closers. They'll hike up quotas and won't increase OTE.

Overall its fine. Bases are pretty low. Mostly quotas and smaller deal sizes can get exhausting. Culture and training is great.
