Opportunities exist to move between segments and promotions can be earned. Product is still market leading, value selling is critical as buyers are increasingly seeking clear ROI. The CEO is inspirational.

Current Employee3.6Oct 19, 2023Quota attainment % is very bloated - it doesn't address the fact that there's a huge amount of turnover. Inbound lead flow is terrible on both the quality and quantity front so every month as an AE is a roll of the dice.

The sales trainers at WP Engine are constantly adding g new material to make you a better seller and working one-on-one with reps. Management can be a hit or miss. Several micromanagers on the account management team that can make working there a drag.
