Quota attainment % is very bloated - it doesn't address the fact that there's a huge amount of turnover. Inbound lead flow is terrible on both the quality and quantity front so every month as an AE is a roll of the dice.

WP Engine is your grandmas tech company. They don't innovate, have a bloated team and suck the life out of existing clients (to a point where they get angry). No outbound new business team either, everything is inbound or existing customers
