Market leader and premium product. Acquisition is reliant on inbound leads, and there is not enough to make the team successful. Account Management has a easier path. Great C suite but bloated middle management.

Overall its fine. Bases are pretty low. Mostly quotas and smaller deal sizes can get exhausting. Culture and training is great.
