Lower pay than industry average, 4 days in the office, other than unlimited pto not much more in terms of benefits. Little to no training so most things are self taught and acquiring new skills will be on you. Products have fallen behind competitors because no money goes to development just acquiring more tools. So if prospects are vetting others we often lose. Also, we tend to be more expensive so there’s very little for us to be competitive.

Complete waste of time. Terrible salary and benefits, old software products, commissions are on a tier system and totally unattainable. Management will pressure you, customers, and even threaten your job as part of their motivation strategy. Don't work here.

Sales management and executive leadership is lacking. No coaching or assistance early on in deals. The only assistance is at the end of the quarter when there is a scramble for deals. Then all they have the ability to do is discount based on their incompetence. Unrealistic goals and product development is very lacking.
