Complete waste of time. Terrible salary and benefits, old software products, commissions are on a tier system and totally unattainable. Management will pressure you, customers, and even threaten your job as part of their motivation strategy. Don't work here.

Coming in as a SDR they tell you there's so much opportunities for growth which is mostly a lie. If you want to stay in sales and move into a closing role it wont happen here. They started a mid-market program to get internal SDR's into closing roles to bridge the gap between SDR and enterprise AE.
