You could get put on a product that could sell itself or a product nobody has ever heard of. They have the potential of making this a great place to work but might take a couple more years. I have seen many great workers leave due to lack of opportunity and pay. If you accept a job understand that money always comes first and leadership is still figuring out how to function.
