Current Employee2.1Oct 13, 2023Upland sales team has changed a lot (for the worse) in the last year. Turnover is through the roof and virtually impossible to get promoted. Role is advertised as "Hybrid" but it's 4 days in office. Management openly threatens people's jobs in group settings. I'd avoid.
