It was fine but our team was pissed off because they hired us all remote then told us 2 days in we had to work Hybrid. Our manager was a majorrrrrr micromanager which no one liked. They also kept changing the commission structure. It was a newer product so I get the learning curve on this one. They were always transparent about it so I appreciated that.

Overall the management team sold me on an opportunity that does not feel at all like what I imagined it to be. The experience has been sub-par and I am actively searching a new opportunity. I would be very surprised if SoundHound had a SMB team this time next year.

SoundHound has gone quite a bit downhill since my last review. Many team members are leaving for other opportunities with better culture and compensation.

Leadership lacks clear direction. Directors and Managers are unable to offer the support needed for longer sales cycles, complex product, which lacks product market fit. TAM is inaccurate.
