Coming in as a SDR they tell you there's so much opportunities for growth which is mostly a lie. If you want to stay in sales and move into a closing role it wont happen here. They started a mid-market program to get internal SDR's into closing roles to bridge the gap between SDR and enterprise AE. Only to not promote anyone internally and give the Mid market AE roles to external SDR's who have never been in a closing role before. The excuse they give is "we wanted someone with more experience". The pay is under market value compared to what other companies pay, quota is unrealistic and unattainable and theres no growth here. If your looking for your first sales job and want to grow within a company go somewhere else.

Not a great place to work in sales. Going through so many changes currently and mid management and upper management don't know what they are doing. They are spending money on new reps like wild and getting no results for most products. DSR team is a joke and CSO and his team are over their heads. Beware

Salary for a Mid-Market AE is well below the industry standard for Austin. Don't expect to make any commission. Everything is unattainable with no structure or support.
