Salary for a Mid-Market AE is well below the industry standard for Austin. Don't expect to make any commission. Everything is unattainable with no structure or support. There is more turnover in this company than any I have ever seen. There is no path to growth and it feels like the company does not want to see you be successful. Leadership seems to feed on seeing everyone fail till they give up and throw in the towel.

Lower pay than industry average, 4 days in the office, other than unlimited pto not much more in terms of benefits. Little to no training so most things are self taught and acquiring new skills will be on you. Products have fallen behind competitors because no money goes to development just acquiring more tools.
