Salary for a Mid-Market AE is well below the industry standard for Austin. Don't expect to make any commission. Everything is unattainable with no structure or support. There is more turnover in this company than any I have ever seen. There is no path to growth and it feels like the company does not want to see you be successful. Leadership seems to feed on seeing everyone fail till they give up and throw in the towel.

Upland is putting in effort to make the sales team worth being part of but is falling short. You could get put on a product that could sell itself or a product nobody has ever heard of.
