Average organization. Low Base pay compared to market, not many clear opportunities for growth even though they say there is a structure to promote from within. Upper management not really concerned with the growth of the sales org, just hit your numbers. Luckily I had a great manager, and the people who work on the floor are awesome. Good place to develop skills and network, but most seem to leave by a year.

Do NOT work for this company. I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good.
