Do NOT work for this company. I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good. The company has Toxic leaders, total Micromanagers. The Low Base Salary is absolutely laughable considering the cost of living in Austin and do not expect to hit quota. Comp struture is absolutely the worst Ive seen in any company Ive been at. The quarterly goals are Unattainable. Horrible Marketing department, completely unqualified and out of touch. This company has the worst Turnover in Sales I have ever seen. 14 people quit this last month alone. Managers actively try to push people out if they dont like them. Please please please listen to me. do not work here. save yourself!

New AE training/onboarding is non-existent. Communication between depts super siloed. Very low probability of hitting quota. Advertised as hybrid role but 4 days in office. Ask to speak to a rep in seat before you take the offer.
