Sales management and executive leadership is lacking. No coaching or assistance early on in deals. The only assistance is at the end of the quarter when there is a scramble for deals. Then all they have the ability to do is discount based on their incompetence. Unrealistic goals and product development is very lacking.

Average organization. Low Base pay compared to market, not many clear opportunities for growth even though they say there is a structure to promote from within. Upper management not really concerned with the growth of the sales org, just hit your numbers. Luckily I had a great manager, and the people who work on the floor are awesome.
