Most reps are starving, few are gifted millions. Lead flow is awful in 95% of territories. 90% of closed-won fall during implementation. Complex compensation, top performers are making a killing. But again, 90% of reps are starving.

For AE’s in the right segment or territory there are opportunities to be successful but that’s only 30% of AEs. It was a great experience working with Tipalti but they have a cultural problem as they seem ti have an idea of what culture they want to attain but are unable to do so. This leads to them overhiring people which eventually leads to them letting go of people really fast.
