The product is not great. 50% of closed deals do not implement and commission is based on implementation. Post sales is a nightmare for the rep. Not the strongest fit and quota is unattainable, unless you hit on one massive deal

Most deals are small and the majority of people miss quota but there is the occasional whale deal.
