Great work life balance, but at times a bit of a stagnant work culture. Teams don't always want to be collaborative and productive, but this has started to change. The main downside to being an Account Manager here is not having commission on OKRs, which only demotivates/stagnates things further.

Overall great company to work for. However, I work as a MMD BDR and my team is currently struggling to stay at float. We havent met quota in the past 3 months and doest seem like we will in the coming months. The SMB BDRs are killing it as they get a lot of support from inbound leads.
