Great company overall, tougher with no incentives in managing accounts and product gaps making it harder to solve for customers needs up market.

Leadership has lost their way. Like many orgs, Square is caught between moving upmarket and a tried and true sales playbook that is based off of high volume and transactional selling. AEs are caught in the middle and morale has suffered because of this.

Great work life balance, but at times a bit of a stagnant work culture. Teams don't always want to be collaborative and productive, but this has started to change. The main downside to being an Account Manager here is not having commission on OKRs, which only demotivates/stagnates things further.
