Pay is known for being terrible. Inbound lead flow high. Good job if you're fresh out of college. Not going to pay your mortgage with it.

Terrible sales org. You are goaled on how much a business processes vs the overall value of the account. For example you could close a huge deal the last day of the quarter and it wouldn't affect your quota for another 90 days. No benefits as far as cell phone, wifi, or product discounts.
