The main downside to being an Account Manager here is not having commission on OKRs, which only demotivates/stagnates things further.

Current Employee3.7Nov 5, 2024Not run like a typical sales org, you only get 90 days of quota credit for each deal sold. A lot of things can happen out of your control to make deals worth less than forecasted. Culture is great, and overall the company does things very well.
