Sprout is a great product and overall a solid company. The product market fit is great, but it can be tough to sell social in a down market. Leadership also has incredibly high goals, which is driving quotas through the roof and effecting compensation heavily going into 2024. You can do really well here if you're a decent rep depending on which segment you end up in.

This role is good if you’re younger in your career and need a high volume role to prove you can sell. I’d look elsewhere if you desire a more strategic role.

High school environment with extremely poor senior leadership, that does not have the skills or experience to actually lead and manage. Use popularity and fear to make decisions and motivate.
