Sprout is a great product and overall a solid company. The product market fit is great, but it can be tough to sell social in a down market. Leadership also has incredibly high goals, which is driving quotas through the roof and effecting compensation heavily going into 2024. You can do really well here if you're a decent rep depending on which segment you end up in.

Sprout is a phenomenal company to work for - I would say its best suited to an enterprise seller as our product is more aligned to larger organizations.

Great experience at sprout, they need to not care as much about DEI and more about getting tools / partnerships with SM companies
