I've sold at Salesforce and SAP, but have yet to come across a sales org that invests in its talent and sets them up for success the way Sprout Social does.

Compensation structure changed to a MRR focused system. SDRs and BDRs have commission tied to their AEs performance. SDR is paid out 50% MRR and BDR is 75%. Having compensation be a slot machine is why many are leaving.
