Compensation structure changed to a MRR focused system. SDRs and BDRs have commission tied to their AEs performance. SDR is paid out 50% MRR and BDR is 75%. Having compensation be a slot machine is why many are leaving.

Bad. Toxic environment especially with new leadership. No gtm, no vision, just pure manipulation. Not diverse as they treat people like second-hand goods

Sprout has an awesome company culture if that matters to you. The pay for SMB-MM AEs isn't competitive though. Marketing team does good work so leads do come in but there's been a larger push towards AEs outbounding in 2023.
