Comp is a little anemic, but budget excellent. A good place to hang your hat, and sometimes a really good long-term fit for some.

Comp plan changes initiated in May 1923 severely limit hi earners and pay potential. one quota for all reps, regardless of territory which are not the same but expectations are the same if you’re in a small town rural or big city suburb.
