My overall experience was positive. It was great for starting off in sales where you didn’t want to be on the phone all day. You were given a territory within driving distance where you could go sell in person. Many time I would close deals on the spot. While in the field, you can call a deal desk and they would put everything into Salesforce for you, build the quote and send the agreement to the client all within 10 minutes. Even if you didn’t close then, as long as the deal desk put in your conversation, if they called into the 800 number, you would get credit for the deal.

Spectrum SMB salaries are falling behind. Comp plan changes initiated in May 1923 severely limit hi earners and pay potential. one quota for all reps, regardless of territory which are not the same but expectations are the same if you’re in a small town rural or big city suburb.

The "leads" you receive are worthless. You will be going door-to-door all day every day, but if you get out there and do your job, you will make good money. Also, the benefits are good.
