I was lucky to have a good manager who genuinely cared for his team's success. Unfortunately, I've heard a lot of unfortunate stories about being with a terrible manager. I think the experience is heavily dictated by a team you end up with.

Spectrum SMB salaries are falling behind. Comp plan changes initiated in May 1923 severely limit hi earners and pay potential. one quota for all reps, regardless of territory which are not the same but expectations are the same if you’re in a small town rural or big city suburb.

A lot of the information that we received in the office before hitting our canvas area could have been delivered via email and saved us time to be more productive and get a strong start.

The company is on a race to the bottom, selling at lower and lower price points without a clear path to higher value. The sales process is well defined, and there is good support within that process. There is not a lot of room for unique interpretations of that process.
