Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The product-to-market fit is high, which makes it easier for people to succeed at sales. The pay is decent and there are many benefits. The main minus for me is that the company culture in my organisation can be very toxic. The management doesn’t like their jobs and spread negativity in their cliques which impacts the people under them. Career progression is very slow. People do things for their own benefit without considering others.
All in all a good company to work for as long as you can deal with toxic culture and kiss ass.
