Fairly good experience so far. Less clear path to AE than initially promised and changes have been taking place regarding expectations for promotion, as well as planning to be fully back in office in the near future. Quota attainment % is highly dependent on what team you are aligned with as an SDR.

The product-to-market fit is high, which makes it easier for people to succeed at sales. The pay is decent and there are many benefits.
