I think Snowflake has a great product, and I'd go as far to say it is the best in the market. For Majors / Strategic accounts in a greenfield territory there are challenges. Challenges with how comp is structured (it's just a low quota number) but that is on an annualized basis where the deal cycle is going to be 9 months at best on a qualified opportunity. The motion on new account acquisition at the Majors level has also atrophied a bit in my opinion. I think there are many folks in leadership that acknowledge this is a problem. But there are 6 or 7 layers to the exec team... and there is a bit of ivory tower syndrome occurring. I hope we get this worked out because I really want to stay here. I also want to be able to pay my mortgage....

Good company, product, and people I work with. Sdr org has a lot of politics and people rarely get promoted to AE.
